For subsequent orders, standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 2-5 business days after purchase. During peak periods (holidays, major sales, or when everyone suddenly needs a new dog shirt), processing may take a bit longer. We'll keep you updated.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4-6 business days depending on your location. Your gear will arrive faster than your dog forgives you for leaving the house.

Order Tracking

You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. No need to sit by the window like your dog does - we'll keep you posted.

All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted checkout system. Your information is protected better than your dog protects you from the mailman.
